Preparations
Quark Xpress
1. Layouts should be in inches or millimeters and proportionate size
of the final output.
2. All Pantone and special colors are to be listed separately.
3. We require all printer screen font used in your layouts, logos
and images.
Illustrator
1. All

2. All texts used in Illustrator files should be converted to
outlines and curves.
Photoshop
1. All images
must be supplied in EPS, TIFF (LZW), CT format with previews, and
can be (EPS) JPEG Maximum Quality Compressed to conserve disk space.
2. Only supply files in 8bit MAC or PC (IBM) format.
3. Picture Resolution Reference: Avoid supplying logos and text in
Photoshop raster formats.
Sizing
1. 4' x 8' data should = between 43.9 - 142.4MB
2. 8' x 16' data should = between 63.3 - 212.7MB
3. 10' x 20' data should = between 98.9 - 274MB
4. 14' x 48' data should = between 129.8 - 332.2MB
5. Supply CMYK converted images and a match to spot colors.
6. Maximum of 500MB per file. Recommend 1/10th scale.

Final Comments:
